Who can apply
If you receive any of the benefits below, you may be eligible to apply for one of our rooms. Rent is covered by Housing Benefit as part of your entitlement.
Those receiving Universal Credit with a housing element are eligible to apply. Your local housing allowance rate can cover the full rent.
If you currently receive Housing Benefit directly, your payments can be made straight to us, making things simple and hassle-free.
Receiving PIP does not affect your eligibility. We welcome tenants with disabilities and work to ensure our properties are accessible.
Those on ESA who also receive Housing Benefit or the housing cost element of Universal Credit are welcome to apply.
Jobseeker's Allowance and Income Support recipients with a housing cost entitlement are eligible to apply for our available rooms.

Simple process
We've kept the process as simple as possible. From enquiry to moving in, we guide you every step of the way.
Confirm you receive Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, PIP, or another qualifying benefit. If unsure, just ask us.
Look through our available rooms above and find one that suits your needs — location, room type, and price.
Fill in the short application form. We'll need some basic details and proof of your benefit entitlement.
We aim to respond to all applications within 2 working days. We'll be in touch to arrange a viewing.
Once approved and documents are signed, you'll receive your keys. We'll make sure your move-in is smooth.
